Bloxflip supports the "Remember Me" which lets you log in faster in future sessions without entering your full credentials each time — handy for mobile users who access the platform frequently. That said, we recommend against using this feature on public or shared devices.

For enhanced account security, every member Bloxflip strongly recommended to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) from your account settings. With 2FA active, in addition to your password, you'll need to enter an OTP sent to your phone number each time you log in from a new device. This adds a critical extra layer of security to protect your RM balance.

If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Bloxflip will send an email or SMS with a password reset link valid for 15 minutes. The process is secure and requires no customer support assistance, unless you no longer have access to your registered email or phone number.

One thing to keep in mind — Bloxflip will never request your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If anyone claims to represent Bloxflip and asks for your password or sensitive information, ignore them and report it to our support team immediately. This is a phishing scam and should be avoided.

After successfully log in, you'll be taken directly to your Bloxflip account dashboard, where you can see everything at a glance — your RM balance, active promotions, the latest sports odds, and recent account activity. From there, you can start placing bets, make an additional deposit, or manage your account settings as needed.
